Turner painted skies unlike any other artist, capturing the fluid shifting of clouds, mist, and light. Photographs can do this as well. This image, a tribute to Turner, is the rusting reflection of a Dodge Dart hood on a street in Hollywood. Considered a controversial figure in his day, he is now regarded as one of the great masters of English painting.
